Cuz We Can Ride 2012

We're off and running on the 8th annual C.W.C.R (Cuz We Can Run), and looks like it's going to be a great ride. Our adventure started  Thursday Aug 16, and wraps up Sunday, Aug 19th.. This years route will take us into Montana, with the first night destination being St Marys, located in the West Glacier National Park. From there, we head down the #83 thru Missoula, and on to the Lolo Pass, over to Idaho where we'll staying at the Ryan's Wilderness Inn. After a good nights rest (ya...right) we'll head back to White Fish, going  back through Missoula. One of the highlights of the trip is a visit to the legendary Bulldog Saloon located in downtown Whitefish. They are well know for a killer burgers and down home service, not to mention a good supply of alcohol and laughs.

The" Cuz We Can Ride" is what remains of the Old Calgary CBX Club, which Mike Quance and myself started back in the late 90's. The Calgary CBX Club fizzled out years ago, but we carry on the tradition by having the C.W.C.R.each year. Like the Hes Ride, I'll be uploading the days activities, along with pictures, so you can see what we're up to. I'll also be doing some reviews on the products we're using on the run. My son Chris will be using the Drift HD Camera to record some video, and I'll be using the Spot GPS device to help track us throughout the ride.
